After we had finished the 2005 Positive Improvement online Conference, Sivasailam Thiagarajan ('Thiagi'), the then International President of ISPI wrote in the official ISPI Journal that ISPI Sydney was chronologically, conceptually and technological ahead of the field in that they supported this event. He went on to say, in effect, that AI as a process and proven effective intervention strategy will make ISPI members reflect on the reliance placed on gap analysis.
